Refund Policy


If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days.
Refund Instructions: Please send an email to sales@puremedicanna.com within 30 days of your purchase. Provide your Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Order Number. Once your email for refund has been processed we will refund your purchase to the same card you used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 5-10 days, based on your bank, for your account to reflect the refund.
